Paid for double bed but was told no because I’m alone. Also the description of the property is miss leading . I have problem with small room and single bed. I only stayed 1 night and I could not wait to leave. Please refund my second night

Receptionist at check in was extremely rude. When we asked if she could phone wheelchair assistance and ask them to pick me up from hotel reception she said it wasn’t her job. We always stay at the terminal hotel and this request was never a problem before. Eventually she agreed but gave them the wrong flight info and name even tho she was given then correct info.

Rooms where simple and comfortable with cozy bedding. The pricing was very reasonable and the facility was only a few minutes away from Arlanda airport. We arrived late but check-in was seamless and efficient.
